It was just a few months ago that the idea of moving onboard our beautiful boat Helios and running for the sun began to take shape. Could we really do this, did we want to? So many questions but only one answer, there was no time like the present.
Jimmy, aka The Captain, just retired from the Navy and Patty, aka The Owner, would take some time away from work to live our dream.
We plan on leaving the Chesapeake Bay in late October and beginning our trip down the ICW and to the Bahamas. You are invited to see how we are preparing for our voyage and we will keep you updated along the way.
